Nike and Tom Sachs have delivered some of the most coveted collaborations of the past and now it looks like the duo have another sneaker project in the works.
Leaked sneaker social media account @Sneakerknockerzllc shared images of an alleged Tom Sachs x Nike sneaker collaboration on Instagram yesterday, while revealing that the shoe will hit shelves this year.
The new silhouette features a low cut mesh upper paired with premium suede overlays, which bear similarities to the popular Nike Killshot silhouette. Additional details include royal blue zippers on the heel and tongue as well as the Tom Sachs branding sewn onto the tongue label. A brown rubber midsole and Black waffle outsole completes the look.
In addition to the aforementioned sneaker, Tom Sachs and Nike are also expected to release their latest version 2.5 of the popular Mars Yard shoe soon. The latest version features a ripstop mesh upper paired with suede overlays and the red Swoosh branding appearing on each side. Unlike previous versions, this pair features a black rubber toe cap which is also attached to the outsole.
Although a first glimpse of the upcoming Tom Sachs x Nike sneaker has surfaced on social media, the exit from the collaboration has not been confirmed by parties involved.
