Nike LeBron 3 “Barbershop” Released 2022

As the Nike The LeBron series prepares for the release of its 20th silhouette, the collaboration between the sportswear giant and LeBron James has also given some love to its previous models with the resurrection of the LeBron 3. Scheduled to release in the coming weeks, the shoe comes dressed in a “Barbershop” colourway as a nod to King James’ family and hometown.

Mounted on fully blacked out uppers, supple leather overlays blend with an array of striped textures from the toe box to the ankle collar. A fuzzy tongue peeks out from under the rope laces tied with metallic eyelets held in place by red, white and blue stripes inspired by the iconic barbershop poles. Continuing the barbershop theme, there are the insoles which some may wonder if the shoe’s title is related to LA Lakers SF’s roundtable program which features guests from diverse walks of life in a discussion about life.

The outer heel features an upward angled Swoosh while the inner toe is embroidered with “BBZ” – representing his children Bronny (B), Bryce (B) and Zhuri (Z). Akron’s “330” area code sits across the midsection while the midsole and outsole follow the black theme with a silver burst sandwiched in the middle.

Mark your calendars for the Nike LeBron 3 “Barbershop” set to release July 13th at select retailers and Nike website for $185.
