All-Star Weekend is traditionally when LeBron James kicks off the low styling of his current signature shoe, but with the 2021 exhibition game officially canceled for the season, we won’t be treated with the usual on-foot look for. filming and media appearances. Instead, the LeBron 18 Low will hit the market on February 3 (according to Finish Line’s release schedules) in this new “Fireberry” colourway that contrasts with a cool, black “Light Blue Fury”.
Unlike the LeBron 18, the LeBron 18 Low does not feature any Knitposite 2.0 shank. but rather a mesh exterior with a molded / padded ankle. Thick ribbon with integrated cables (possibly Flywire) extending from the midfoot to the forefoot, providing that pure locking feel without additional weight / materials. In fact, the shoe is completely different from the LeBron 18 except for the outsole unit. Quite frankly, the shoe appears at the level of the cheaper options like the Ambassador and Witness models.
As previously reported, a release date for the LeBron 18 Low “Fireberry” is slated for February 3, 2021, but release dates could be postponed. In other LeBron news, the winner of the LeBron PE Vote Back winner was announced – the LeBron 10 “Golden Ceremony”.
